Voicebox Technologies Corporation (“Voicebox,” “we” or “us”) provides speech recognition technology software and services (“Service”), which enterprise customers of Voicebox (“Customers”) may integrate into their products and services. For instance, Customers may integrate our Service into their mobile device applications, GPS and navigation devices, televisions, cars and other consumer products.


This Privacy Policy applies only to the information we collect about current and prospective Customers via our websites, including www.voicebox.com, (“Site”) or when they otherwise communicate with us. The Service we provide to our Customers may involve the collection, processing, and disclosure of information about end users of our Customer’s products and services (“Users”), but in all cases we collect User information in connection with our provision of the Service to our Customers, and process, use and disclose User information in accordance with our agreements with our Customers. Collection of Information We collect information Customers provide directly to us through our website or otherwise. For example, we collect information when Customers request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect about Customers include names, email addresses, phone numbers, company information and any other information Customers choose to provide.

When current or prospective Customers access or use our Site, we automatically collect information from their computers or mobile devices, including:

  • Log Information: We collect log information about Customers’ use of the Site, including the type of browser used, access times, pages viewed, IP address and the page visited before navigating to our Site.
  • Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We and our service providers use various technologies to collect information, including cookies and web beacons.   • Send marketing communications about products, services, offers, promotions, rewards, and events offered by Voicebox and others, and provide news and information we think will be of interest to current and potential Customers;
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with our products and services;
  • Process and deliver contest entries and rewards;
  • Link or combine with information we get from others to help understand Customer needs and provide Customers with better service; and
  • Carry out any other purpose for which the information was collected.

Voicebox is based in the United States and the information we collect about Customers is governed by U.S. law. By using the Site or otherwise providing information to us, Customers consent to the transfer and processing of information to and in the U.S. and other countries.

Sharing of Information We may share information we collect about Customers as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

  • With vendors and other service providers who need access to the information to carry out work on our behalf;
  • In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is required by, or is otherwise in accordance with, any applicable law, regulation or legal process;
  • If we believe your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights and property of Voicebox or others;

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information about Customers, which cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual Customer.

Analytics Services Provided by Others We may allow others to provide analytics services on our behalf. These entities may use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect information about use of our Site, including IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and links clicked. This information may be used by Voicebox to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand our Customers’ online activity.
Security Voicebox takes reasonable measures to help protect information about Customers from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
Your Choices Promotional Communications

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from Voicebox by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt out of such messages, we may still send you transactional or relationship messages, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.
